IPlay4Charity.Org Charity Experience Night at Dave & Buster’s FAQ:
Q. How does it work?
A. Play games in “The Million Dollar Midway” that pay out tickets, accumulate your tickets in a bucket, at the end of the evening when you’re done, the coordinator will count your tickets, log and you initial your total.
Q. How do I tell who the coordinator is?
A. The Name and Picture will be published on the iplay4charity.org website and posted on the Facebook Group Page I Play 4 Charity San Diego. The Coordinator will also be wearing a I Play 4 Charity T-shirt. You will need to sign in with the coordinator.
Q. How can I tell who is playing from I Play 4Charity Experience?
A. All players will be given an I Play 4 Charity sticker to wear.
Q. What do I need to Play?
A. Dave and Buster’s games uses a Powercard, after a $2 activation of the card*, you can charge the card with chips, supercharge and get 25% more chips.

*If you get the Eat & Play combo your card will be pre -charged with either $10 for the $15.99 combo deal or $20 for the 23.99 combo deal, and there is no activation fee.
Q. What if I have points on my card all ready that I want to donate, or play on a non Charity Experience night?
A. Tickets stored on your card, or previous chip balance can only be transferred to the IPlay4Charity card once, cancelling your card. We suggest you do it at the final event of the year, as you will want to accumulate your points to reach Gold Status and get an additional 10% off games, and then we will be able to return your Powercard. Points on your personal Powercard are not eligible for the monthly prize.
Q. I have multiple Powercards, can I combine them?
A. Yes. All your points and history can be combined to one card.
Q. If I come on a non- Charity Experience Night, can I use these tickets to donate?
A. Yes. But you MUST bring the actual tickets for them to be eligible for the monthly prize, and add to what you accumulate on the Charity Experience Night. Tickets will not qualify if they are stored on your powercard, unless you choose merge it to the IPlay4Charity Powercard. [This will make your card invalid, losing your points to Gold Status]
Q. When Do We Turn In Our Tickets?
A. You may turn in your tickets anytime before 9:30pm. with the coordinator, but you may only do so once, as your total will be recorded.
Q. How and When will I know if I won the prize for getting the most tickets on the Charity Experience Night?
A. You will be notified, the following day by email. The Winner and the Prize will be published on the iplay4charity.org website and posted on the Facebook Group Page I Play 4 Charity San Diego. The top three ranking people will also be posted for the Year End Prize.
Q. When do you get the toys from the Winners Circle?
A. Toys will be purchased during the last two events, Nov 10 & Dec 8 or depending on the need of the charity. Everyone in the group attending will be able to join in for the shopping spree, grabbing stuffed animals. You won’t want to miss it!
